We had an absolutely lovely experience dining here. Here’s what we ate: - Papaya salad: It’s not the same as Thai salads. Taste wise okay! - Corn on the cob: Excellent! - Fish tacos: Was good. Missed seasoning. Could have used more salt. - Chicken tacos: Super flavorful. Really enjoyed these. - The Obsession cocktail was really good. Justin was a great server to us. :) Highly recommend coming here.

Awesome spot for tacos and drinks, and the tacos did not disappoint. The al pastor tacos were absolutely amazing, packed with flavour and perfectly cooked. The birria was rich and delicious, and the hot sauces added the perfect kick. Corn was okay. Churros were fresh and a must after food. Highly recommend for anyone in Montreal old town

The drinks were really good and quite generous. I got the birria, it was really good but a bit dry to my taste (even with the sauce). The service was good and quick.

Quick service, the food is made with fresh ingredients and they have vegan tacos. Sabrosa also offers their homemade sauces. Very friendly staff and delicious food, with options for the whole family.

We ordered shrimp tacos, mushroom quesadilla and green papaya salad. Shrimp tacos were great, very tasty. Mushroom quesadilla was alright. Green papaya was tangy, not really sweet. Food was served fast. It was hot and we didn't sit outside. It'd be nice to sit outside in summer on a cooler day or at evening times.

Had a great lunch at Sabrosa! I had a delicious salad with kale, fried chickpeas, carrots, picked onions, and avocado with a yummy citrus dressing, and my wife had tacos al pastor which also had a great zesty citrus flavor. We sat out front and enjoyed watching people walk around the square. Highly recommended!

Cinnamon pancakes were ok. They were served cold. And came out at least 6 minutes before our other order. No questions during our sitting besides taking out order. Bathrooms are downstairs, small yet pretty walls. It was nice and food was good, won't lie about that, but.... Personally, I wouldn't go back.

Welcome to Sabrosa, Montreal's vibrant culinary gem located at 404 Pl. Jacques-Cartier. In a city renowned for its diverse food scene, Sabrosa stands out with its delightful blend of flavors and fresh ingredients. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this spot offers a tantalizing journey for your taste buds.

As a food enthusiast, I was eager to explore the menu after hearing rave reviews from customers. The dishes showcase a beautiful tapestry of culinary creativity, with a particular emphasis on tacos that truly capture the spirit of Mexican cuisine.

The al pastor tacos have been repeatedly described as “absolutely amazing,” delivering a perfect balance of seasoning and tenderness. On my visit, I couldn't resist trying the fish tacos and the chicken tacos. While the fish had a good flavor, it could benefit from a dash more seasoning, unlike the chicken, which was bursting with savory delight, earning rave reviews for its super flavorful profile.

For those who crave something outside the typical taco experience, Sabrosa's papaya salad offers a refreshing contrast, though it's distinct from its Thai counterpart—it offers a tangy twist that adds a unique flare. Complement your meal with their homemade sauces for an extra kick, a detail that many patrons have come to appreciate.

No visit to Sabrosa would be complete without indulging in their signature churros, fresh and sweet, providing a delightful finale to your meal. The overall experience is further elevated by the meticulous service. One customer, Niharika, praised Justin, her server, for providing attentive and friendly service that truly added to the dining experience.

Finally, the ambience begs to be enjoyed al fresco. Imagine enjoying your meal outdoors on a warm summer evening—the perfect setting for indulging in delicious tacos and a refreshing Obsession cocktail, which has received fantastic feedback for its delightful blend of flavors.

In sum, Sabrosa isn’t just a dining option in Montreal; it’s an experience to savor. With its commitment to quality, flavorful dishes, and a welcoming atmosphere, it's a must-visit for anyone exploring the heart of Old Town. Highly recommended!
